Some are humorous, some sad, some sublime. I have changed the names and in a few cases altered circumstances slightly to protect privacy as much as possible. I'm going on 83 years of age, and remembering back to days of my early childhood I recall doctors making house calls because I was too sick to be taken out of my bed. This book, "HOUSE CALLS" reminds me of how the doctor would sit by my bed, check me out, then talk to my mom and dad about what was what. I always got better after those visits.This book is made up of many short stories of different illnesses and different communities and how the people wanted to be treated. Very interesting reading.
